As part of our EY GDS - TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing advanced functional support for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, drive enhancements, optimize business processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in delivering high-quality application management services, supporting global clients through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com), MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience.\n5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN), with knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA Finance, preferably supporting global clients.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nStrong experience in SAP Application Management and Production Support environments.\nResponsible for managing SAP CFIN incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nLead incident troubleshooting activities by analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution activities.\nWork closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of business requirements.\nHandle change requests with a clear understanding of business processes and system impacts.\nSupport business process improvements through configuration changes, automation opportunities, and system optimization.\nStrong understanding of IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.\nCross-functional communication skills with experience working in offshore/onsite delivery models.\nExperience in defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution within SAP Central Finance environments.\nExperience supporting data replication, integration, reconciliation, and financial harmonization across heterogeneous SAP and non-SAP source systems.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and time-critical environment.\nStrong communication, collaboration, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively within global teams.\nFlexibility in managing work hours due to the nature of Application Management, including shift support and critical business escalations.\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nIdeally, you'll also have:\nWell versed with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), Initial Load and Replication, FI/CO Replication, AIF (Application Interface Framework), Key Mapping, Value Mapping, Cost Object Mapping, Central Payments, Central Procurement Integration, Intercompany Processes, Financial Reconciliation, Error Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, Master Data Harmonization, Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
