As part of our EY GDS - TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for Concur modules - Expense and Travel across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global 500 companies through best-in-class solutions, automation and innovation.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nProvide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist\nLead and Coordinate the Resolution of Complex Technical issues and System Outages including root cause analysis and corrective action.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP Concur solutions and designs.\nParticipate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.\nAvailable to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client\nDevelop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.\nMentor and train junior SAP functional and technical Team Members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on issues and troubleshooting techniques.\nKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation\nParticipate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.\nAvailable to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client (AUSTRALIA, ASIA, Europe and AMERICAS hours)\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nBachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.\n5-7 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in SAP Concur implementation/support.\nGather and analyze business requirements for travel policies, expense workflows, and approval hierarchies.\nConfigure Concur Expense, Travel, and Request modules, including audit rules, custom forms, and workflows.\nStrong understanding of travel and expense management processes, including per diems, mileage, receipts, and reimbursement cycles.\nHands-on experience with Concur configuration, workflow setup, and integration tools.\nSupport incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.\nWorking closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.\nHandle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.\nUnderstand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.\nCross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.\nDefect resolution and defect analysis related to Concur.\nAbility to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment.\nFlexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nWell versed with travel and expense management processes, including per diems, mileage, receipts, and reimbursement cycles\nExperience in integration points of SAP Concur with SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, third-party payroll, and credit card feeds\nExperience with Concur reporting tools (e.g., Cognos).\nSAP Certification in SAP Concur\nWhat we look for\nA team of people with commercial acumen, experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment\nAn opportunity to be a part of market-leading, multi-disciplinary team of 250+ professionals, in the only integrated global transaction business worldwide.\nOpportunities to work with EY Data practices globally with leading businesses across a range of industries\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
