As part of our EY GDS - TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize invoice management processes to meet business requirements.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with a high-quality team to support clients, ensuring seamless invoice processing, automation, and operational excellence through best-in-class solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (B.E./B. Tech) or Commerce/Finance (B. Com, M. Com), MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience.\n3-7 years of experience in SAP OPENTEXT VIM/OpenText VIM implementation or AMS support, preferably with global clients.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nResponsible for providing support for SAP OPENTEXT VIM incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nSupport incident resolution by analysing issues raised by users and providing effective solutions.\nWork closely with customers and support teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.\nHandle change requests with a clear understanding of business requirements and invoice processing workflows.\nUnderstand business needs and deliver solutions that improve invoice automation, approval workflows, and operational efficiency.\nCross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite delivery models.\nDefect analysis and resolution related to SAP OPENTEXT VIM and integrated SAP modules.\nAbility to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time-critical environment.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills within a global support environment.\nFlexibility in managing work hours due to the nature of Application Management Services, including shift support and on-call availability for critical business requirements.\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nIdeally, you'll also have:\nStrong knowledge of SAP OpenText VIM components including: Invoice Capture Center (ICC), Document Processing, Approval Workflows, Exception Handling, Duplicate Invoice Checks, Business Rules Framework, Reporting and Analytics.\nExperience with SAP FI and MM integration points, including: Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Vendor Master Data, Payment Processing.\nKnowledge of workflow troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancement activities.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and VIM migration/support projects.\nSAP/OpenText VIM Certification is preferred.\nWhat you will do\nProvide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP OPENTEXT VIM and related SAP applications across IT Service Management, including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management as a Level 2 or Level 3 Application Management Specialist.\nLead and coordinate the resolution of complex VIM process issues, workflow failures, invoice processing exceptions, and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess operational challenges, and provide recommendations on SAP OPENTEXT VIM solutions and process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain documentation, including configurations, process flows, knowledge articles, user guides, and test scripts.\nSupport and execute enhancements related to invoice processing, approval workflows, validation rules, and integration with SAP FI/MM modules.\nMentor and train junior SAP OPENTEXT VIM team members by sharing best practices, functional knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques.\nKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, OpenText innovations, and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.\nAvailable to work in shift hours depending on client requirements across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.\nWhat we look for\nA team of professionals with strong functional expertise, analytical skills, and enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.\nExperience working with global delivery teams and supporting enterprise-scale invoice management processes.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.\nA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
