The candidate must have hands-on experience with MFGI application and a deep understanding of transfer agency operations business lifecycle and its related process and functionalities.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nResponsible for leading the testing function, defining test strategies, managing test teams, ensuring software quality, and driving successful delivery of business-critical applications.\nPerform functional testing for Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application modules.\nValidate end-to-end investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.\nPerform functional testing of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\nTest and validate static data management including investor, account, fund, distributor, and banking information.\nExecute testing for fund setup, fund promoter, and TFC (Trust Fund Company) related configurations and business rules.\nValidate NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations, publication processes, and associated controls.\nPerform testing of dividend registration and distribution processes ensuring accurate investor allocations.\nVerify performance fee calculations and fee processing as per fund rules and regulatory guidelines.\nTest payment processing and cash receipt functionalities, including reconciliation and settlement activities.\nValidate tax calculations, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.\nPerform testing of retrocession fee calculations, commission processing, and distributor payment workflows.\nValidate settlement and payment and SWIFT messaging.\nVerify lifecycle events for transfer agency business process.\nCollaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure functional accuracy and compliance.\nDocument test results, raise defects, and track resolution.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and mentor staff resources.\nAccountable for delivering the work and meeting required targets without any deviations.\nParticipate in and lead all the status calls, Scrum calls, and client meetings. Review and send out the DSR and WSR to stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes and ensure they are properly implemented and followed.\nPrepare test planning, estimation, test strategy, requirement gathering and analysis, prepare test scenarios and test scripts based on the requirements, execute the planned test cases, and report the defects in tracking tool and ensure its closure through STLC process.\nHands-on experience on test management tools like JIRA.\nShould have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate concisely and clearly.\nThe ability to define, monitor, and report on SLAs to ensure that services meet agreed-upon performance and availability standards.\nManage resources effectively ensuring on-time delivery of products.\nMaintain a detailed record of test results and relay these results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\nIdentify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software quality at each phase of the software testing process.\nReview application designs, requirements, and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.\nMeets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming, etc.).\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles, and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\n\nSkills and attributes for success:\nMandatory: Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application experience and transfer agency domain functional experience.\nStrong knowledge of Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) functional modules.\nExpertise in application setup and static data.\nExpertise in fund and share class structure.\nExpertise in registration and onboarding.\nExpertise in AML/KYC.\nExpertise in FACTA.\nExpertise in dealing and order management.\nExpertise in settlement and payment.\nExpertise in SWIFT messaging.\nExpertise in distribution fees and retrocessions.\nExpertise in reconciliations.\nExpertise in certificates and CDSC.\nExpertise in user access and segregation controls.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nShould have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate concisely and clearly.\n\nWhat we look for:\nBE / BTech / MCA / M.Sc.\n10 to 15 years of testing experience in Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application.\nDefine and implement the overall testing strategy and quality assurance framework.\nDevelop test plans, test schedules, resource plans, and estimation models.\nManage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, system testing, UAT support, regression testing, integration testing, and production validation.\nOversee test design, test case reviews, execution, and defect management.\nEnsure test coverage, quality metrics, and traceability requirements are met.\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders.\nIdentify testing risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nKnowledge of transfer agency business processes and requirements.\nKnowledge of WAM and capital markets domain.\nExperience in functional testing methodologies and tools.\nAbility to work in an Agile environment.\nFlexible
