Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nLearning Delivery Coordinator (VTH)\nJob Description\nPosition Summary\nThe Learning Delivery Coordinator (LDC) provides operational support for Learning Compliance by executing recurring administrative, reporting, database maintenance and learner tracking activities. The role processes learner updates, supports learning assignments, prepares compliance reports, administers SharePoint updates and ensures the accuracy of learner records.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLearning Assignment Support\nPerform learner profile updates, process new hires, transfers, leaves and departures\nProcess learning assignments, maintain assignment records, support completion tracking and process approved changes to learner requirements.\nUpdate survey responses, maintain change logs and process approved corrections\nLearner Support and Administrative Follow-Up\nPrepare communications, follow up on missing information and support compliance-related inquiries.\nCompliance Tracking and Reporting\nRefresh completion reports, validate data accuracy monitor reporting errors, maintain documentation and escalate issues for review.\nSupport non-compliance monitoring.\nPrepare learner-facing compliance files, maintain version control, support publication activities and archive historical records.\nConduct validation checks,\nQualifications\nRequired Skills\nAdvanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, documentation skills, organization and learning administration experience.
