This team is composed of individuals with extensive experience in helping various public and private organizations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.\nYour role will involve leading the testing efforts in one or more of the following areas\nYou will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of IT Projects through methodologies such as Agile Scrum/Kanban and traditional Waterfall (when required), leveraging your domain knowledge and sector experience\nCreate high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems\nUnderstand all our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.\nMaintains focus so that projects deliver on key priorities and dependencies.\nBuild strong internal relationships within Assurance and across the other service lines we work with and support.\nBe responsible for your own self-development, and maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills\nActively contribute to EY’s Quality Assurance & Testing Community of practice\nUnderstand all our consulting service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients and be able to build meaningful external relationships with our clients and internal relationships across service lines.\nUnderstand and follow workplace policies and procedures.\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nA strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline, from a recognised third level institution\nQA accreditation (ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer or a similar IT accreditation from a recognised third level institution or accreditation body)\nHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in full time test automation role and at least 2 years in a Test Automation Manager role.\nExperience of one or more technology areas including but not limited to ERP, CRM.
