You will be working with clients to understand their business strategy and technology strategy, build enabling target operating model, technology initiatives and roadmaps that enables transitioning from their current state to the desired target state in a cost-efficient approach. You will be using your information technology knowledge and experience to design and implement complex software solutions that meet the needs of the business.\nWe are seeking an energetic Solution Architect resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of Business and Technology applications; and will play a critical role in guiding development teams, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.\nYour key responsibilities\nAct as a trusted advisor to programme sponsors and technology leadership.\nProvide architecture leadership across enterprise applications platforms like ERP, CRM, ITSM, integration (Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Kraken, Salesforce etc) and /or related platforms.\nCollaborating with stakeholders to understand business, functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications ensuring architecture decisions align with enterprise strategy, digital roadmap, and operating model.\nGuide platform selection, implementation strategy, migration approaches and integration models.\nEnsure configuration and customisation decisions minimise technical debt and preserve upgradeability.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, business capability models, and technology standards.\nDefine logical, application, integration, data, and deployment architectures.\nProduce high-quality architecture artefacts including solution blueprints, integration diagrams, deployment views, and architecture decision records.\nBuild strong internal relationships within EY Technology Consulting and across the other service lines we work with and support. Support the growth of the practice through development of relevant industry and technology Thought Leadership material.\nEnsure and adhere compliance to EY quality and risk management processes across projects and other interactions.\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nAn undergraduate or graduate degree.\nA minimum of 7 years of experience with 3+ years as a solution architect, platform architect or in a similar role. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \nWork effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication with team members and leadership on progress. \nIdeally, you will also have\nSolution Architecture Experience in one or more of below:\nBusiness applications like ERP, CRM, ITSM, Billing, Clinical/Health Administration Systems (Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Kraken, Infor, Deltek, Workday etc).\nData and API integration technologies inclusive of designing and implementing integrations in complex environments, architecture patterns (Microservices, SOA etc) and design principles.\nExperience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines. \nGood understanding of Information Security Governance, principles and technical techniques to protect information systems. \nGood understanding of Cloud concepts and cloud-based technology e.g Azure, AWS.\nRelevant certifications across different platforms such as AWS, TOGAF, Azure or related PM certifications - Agile, Scrum, ITIL certification. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technology challenges and develop innovative solutions. \nAbility to use effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and team members. \nWhat working at EY offers\nWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
