As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.\nYou will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery. This role also includes leading multidisciplinary teams, managing engagement performance, supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of EY’s procurement practice.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment and strategy through implementation, adoption and value realization.\nAssess and redesign procurement processes across category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, purchasing, payment and supplier management.\nDesign procurement operating models, including organization, governance, capabilities, service delivery, data and technology.\nDevelop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps across source-to-pay and related platforms.\nIdentify opportunities to apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement processes and decisions.\nLead complex, multi-workstream programs while managing scope, staffing, economics, quality, risks and client experience.\nAdvise senior stakeholders and translate complex issues into practical recommendations, business cases and implementation roadmaps.\nSupport opportunity development, proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.\nBuild trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.\nLead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nA bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or a related field.\nTen or more years of relevant procurement experience.\nSignificant experience providing advisory or consulting services to external clients.\nDeep knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.\nExperience shaping and delivering complex, multi-workstream procurement transformation engagements.\nExperience redesigning source-to-pay processes and procurement operating models.\nExperience leading technology-enabled procurement transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with leading source-to-pay and procurement technology platforms.\nExperience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.\nStrong executive communication, client relationship and people leadership skills.\nExperience supporting business development, proposals and pursuit presentations.\nThe ability and willingness to travel, based on client and engagement needs. \nAbility to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time, based on client and project needs.\n\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with global business services, shared services, managed services or outsourcing programs.\nExperience with platforms such as Zip, GEP, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa or comparable solutions.\nExperience applying analytics, automation or AI-enabled approaches to procurement.\nPrior experience in both consulting and industry.\nAn advanced degree or a relevant procurement, project management or process-improvement certification.\nWhat we look for\nWe seek experienced leaders who combine procurement expertise with executive presence, commercial judgment and disciplined delivery.
