Working alongside business stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery teams, you will help organizations improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities and business outcomes through technology.\nYour key responsibilities\nDefine target-state solution architectures for Wealth & Asset Management transformation initiatives.\nDesign technology solutions supporting client reporting, portfolio reporting, performance reporting and data-driven business processes.\nAnalyze current-state technology landscapes, application architectures, integrations and data flows.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, maintainable and delivery-ready solution designs.\nLead architecture workshops and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.\nSupport platform assessments, technology selection and solution governance activities.\nWork closely with business analysts, developers, data architects and testing teams throughout project delivery.\nDefine integration patterns, APIs and data exchange mechanisms between business applications.\nSupport proposal development, solution shaping and delivery mobilization activities.\nProduce architecture documentation, solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong solution architecture experience within Financial Services environments.\nAbility to design pragmatic and scalable technology solutions aligned to business objectives.\nStrong understanding of reporting, data and integration architectures.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience operating across both business and technology domains.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n8+ years of experience in Financial Services technology delivery.\n3+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology architecture or senior technical design roles.\nExperience designing data, reporting, application or integration architectures.\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience working with business stakeholders to define target-state solutions.\nExcellent English communication skills.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience within Wealth Management, Asset Management or Investment Operations.\nExposure to client reporting, portfolio reporting, performance reporting or regulatory reporting solutions.\nExperience with one or more Wealth & Asset Management platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, FNZ, Broadridge, InvestCloud, Multifonds or eFront.\nExperience with cloud technologies, including Azure or AWS.\nKnowledge of modern data platforms and reporting technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks or Power BI.\nConsulting experience gained within a professional services organization.\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset.
