and Models\nIdentify and frame strategic workforce questions, synthesize internal and external perspectives, and develop recommendations aligned with firm ambitions\nHelp translate shifts in business models, technology, AI, and service delivery into implications for future roles, skills, capacity, and talent models\nSupport the development of future workforce models through aligning business needs to future role definitions, career pathways and skills frameworks\nUse quantitative and qualitative analysis to clarify trade-offs and prepare concise, executive-ready recommendations\nEnable Enterprise Alignment\nMaintain consistent contact with Service Line Integration Leaders to understand the strategic priorities of each Service Line to ensure perspectives across the business are captured throughout the strategy development process\nInfluence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization while incorporating diverse perspectives into the work\nConnect Strategy to Execution\nPartner with Talent Evolution, Workforce Operations, analytics, technology, and data teams to help translate strategy into sequenced initiatives and measurable outcomes\nIdentify practical implementation requirements, roadmaps, governance approaches and potential risks to help push strategic priorities forward\nDrive Delivery\nSet objectives, manage scope, priorities, risks, and timelines, and coach team members to deliver high-quality outputs\nBuild reusable frameworks, methodologies, and knowledge assets that strengthen the consistency and impact of workforce strategy work\nIdentify responsible opportunities to use approved AI tools to improve analysis, decision-making, quality, and productivity\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications\nExperience in workforce strategy, corporate strategy, talent transformation, organization design, workforce planning, or professional services transformation\nProven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate complex analysis into practical recommendations\nExperience leading complex projects or workstreams across multiple senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization\nStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data, research, and stakeholder input\nExecutive-level communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences\nUnderstanding of professional services workforce dynamics and the impact of AI, automation, and emerging technologies on talent models\nExperience managing priorities, risks, deliverables,
