This individual will contribute to the development of strategic workforce initiatives, organization and role design efforts, and cross-functional analyses that help the firm better define, structure, and deploy talent in line with changing business needs.\nThis role will work across both strategic priorities to help shape future workforce models, support organizational design activities, synthesize data and insights, and coordinate deliverables that inform leadership decisions. design.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport team strategy priorities\nContribute to the development of materials, analyses, and recommendations that support enterprise workforce priorities\nSupport role design, organization structure analysis, career architecture, and related design activities that help define how work and talent should be organized\nAct as a thought partner to the Workforce Strategy and Design Assistant Director to challenge assumptions, surface risks, and enable innovative thinking\nBuild relationships across the Digital Talent and Transformation Office to enable effective coordination across all Office efforts\nDrive analysis and deliverables\nGather and analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, inform hypotheses, and support recommendations for leadership and project teams\nCreate clear, structured materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and working documents to support team priorities and stakeholder discussions\nMaintain a strong eye for detail to deliver high-quality materials and build trust with stakeholders\nProject management\nHelp manage workstream actions, follow-ups, and milestones across multiple stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward effectively\nPrepare content and inputs for meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums by distilling complex information into actionable takeaways\nWhat We’re Looking For\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organization design, talent transformation, consulting, or a related field\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills\nExperience developing presentations, summaries, and project materials for diverse stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment\nComfort working across ambiguity and contributing to evolving strategic priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nInterest in the future of work, workforce transformation, and evolving talent models\nKey Skills\nProactive and dependable, with strong attention to detail\nCollaborative and eager to learn from cross-functional partners\nStructured thinker
