You will work closely with leadership in all business functions to bring structure and momentum to initiatives that matter.\nYour Role at Eye\nLead and deliver complex, concurrent projects spanning multiple areas of the business.\nDefine scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success criteria from kick-off to close-out.\nMaintain clear, consistent project status communication to stakeholders at all levels.\nIdentify blockers early and drive resolution, keeping projects on track.\nManage, coach, and develop a team of project managers.\nEstablish shared project management standards, tooling, and ways of working across the organisation.\nOwn and evolve project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or hybrid) to fit organisational needs.\nDrive post-project reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery.\nWho You Are\n6+ years of project management experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects.\nTrack record managing projects across IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams.\nProven skill at building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.\nExcellent communication in English (written and spoken).
