Headquartered in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood and backed by top investors and the National Science Foundation, our vision test kiosk is reshaping how vision care is delivered.\nIf you are passionate about solving big problems and building the future of vision care, we would love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nEyebot places vision-screening kiosks in retail and healthcare locations across the U.S. This role keeps every deployment on track, from site readiness and kiosk prep at HQ to delivery and handoff at the partner location. You'll coordinate shipments, schedules, and vendors so every kiosk arrives on time, undamaged, and ready to install. You'll also build the processes and checklists that let us deploy at higher volume without losing quality.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is extremely organized, calm under shifting timelines, and happiest when every detail is buttoned up.\nA Typical Week Might Include\nGetting quotes from freight carriers and booking delivery of several kiosks to stores across the country\n\nConducting a site assessment by running a video call with a store manager to check where the kiosk will go and test the store's internet connection\n\nUpdating the deployment calendar after a partner moves an install date, and letting everyone affected know\n\nPacking and staging kiosks at our warehouse with the engineering and manufacturing team\n\nFollowing up on a shipment that's running late, or filing a claim for a damaged delivery\n\nWhat You'll Own\nShipping kiosks to stores\nGet quotes from and book freight carriers, including less-than-truckload (LTL), white-glove delivery, and dedicated trucks when several stores in one region launch together\n\nConfirm delivery dates with each store and line them up with our install and training schedule\n\nTrack every shipment from our warehouse to the store, and keep internal teams and partners updated on any changes\n\nDocument kiosk condition during shipping, prevent damage, and manage claims when something goes wrong\n\nShip smaller packages such as parts, accessories, and returns\n\nOwn relationships with various shippers so that we can deliver on various shipping requests\n\nMaking sure stores are ready\nRun remote store assessments with store staff: video walkthroughs, internet connectivity tests, and photo review of the proposed location\n\nCheck each store against our requirements for space, power, internet connectivity, and lighting, and flag problems early\n\nSchedule an in-person visit or a local technician when a remote assessment isn't enough\n\nScheduling and coordination\nMaintain the master calendar of upcoming kiosk launches, including shipments, installs, and staff training\n\nWork with our sales and operations teams early so upcoming launches have realistic timelines\n\nCoordinate with engineering on when kiosks will be built, tested, packed, and ready to ship\n\nHelp plan travel for the team members who install kiosks and train store staff\n\nWhen necessary schedule third party technician to be onsite to assist with an install\n\nWarehouse and inventory\nReceive, track, and stage kiosks, parts, and accessories at our Charlestown warehouse\n\nHelp keep inventory records accurate and up to date\n\nImproving how we work\nCreate and maintain checklists, shipping procedures, and vendor contact lists\n\nAfter each launch, review what went well and what didn't, and update our processes\n\nFind ways to lower shipping costs and shorten delivery times\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nKiosks arrive on time, undamaged, and ready to install\n\nOur team and our partners always know where each launch stands\n\nStore readiness issues are caught before a kiosk ships, not after it arrives\n\nShipping costs are tracked and trending down\n\nWarehouse inventory is accurate and up to date\n\nOur launch process is clear and repeatable, and doesn't depend on any one person\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or operations coordination\n\nExceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through\n\nExperience working with freight carriers, ideally shipping large, heavy, or fragile items (LTL or white-glove)\n\nClear, professional communicator with coworkers, partners, and vendors\n\nComfortable managing several timelines at once and adjusting quickly when plans change\n\nStrong with spreadsheets and tracking tools, and quick to learn new systems\n\nHands-on and comfortable working in a warehouse, including helping pack and stage kiosks for shipment;
