This is a hands-on, assembly-focused role centered on executing work instructions accurately and consistently. You will work alongside technicians and engineers at our Charlestown facility, playing a direct role in getting our kiosks ready for deployment at scale.\nThis is an hourly position at $25/hour, targeting 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, Monday through Friday). Full work instructions and training will be provided.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAssemble and prepare Eyebot kiosks following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.\n\nHandle circuit board components and perform light electrical assembly tasks as directed.\n\nUse hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly steps accurately and efficiently.\n\nInspect completed assemblies for quality and flag any issues to the team lead.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with facility standards.\n\nTrack daily output and log work completed as part of hourly production reporting.\n\nWork closely with other operators, technicians, and engineers to meet production targets.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on assembly experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environment.\n\nComfort working with circuit boards and electronic components.\n\nExperience using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, torque drivers, etc.).\n\nAbility to lift 30 to 40 pounds as needed.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow written work instructions precisely.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nClean room or controlled-environment manufacturing experience.\n\nMachining or fabrication background.\n\nPCA Soldering experience.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou take pride in doing repetitive work well and consistently.\n\nYou show up on time, follow through, and take your role on the team seriously.\n\nYou communicate clearly when something looks off and ask questions before making assumptions.\n\nYou are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nStarting at $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.\n\nConsistent weekday schedule - 8 hours/day Monday through Friday.\n\nFull training and work instructions provided - no prior kiosk experience required.\n\nA collaborative team environment working alongside engineers and technicians.\n\nThe chance to play a hands-on role in deploying technology that improves people's lives.\n\nApply - Even If You're Not Sure\nWe know that job descriptions can feel like long checklists, and that talented people sometimes talk themselves out of applying.
