improvements where needed.\nSupport negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions under the guidance of the procurement team.\nDocumentation and Record Keeping:\nAssist in maintaining up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.\nSupport the team in ensuring all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and filed correctly.\nHelp prepare reports related to procurement activities, including cost analysis and delivery performance.\nCost Control and Budgeting:\nAssist in tracking purchase orders against the budget and help identify opportunities for cost savings.\nSupport in analyzing market trends and pricing strategies to make data-driven procurement decisions.\nSupplier Evaluation:\nAssist in assessing suppliers based on product quality, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.\nHelp in updating the supplier database and identifying new potential suppliers based on business needs.\nCompliance and Risk Management:\nSupport in ensuring that all procurement processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.\nAssist in identifying risks within the supply chain and proposing mitigation strategies.\nGeneral Support:\nProvide administrative support to the procurement and stores teams.\nParticipate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving procurement and inventory management processes.\nAssist in coordinating logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.\nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nGood communication and interpersonal
