This is a great opportunity to develop your software support and troubleshooting skills, work with enterprise applications, and learn from experienced engineers.\nWhat You'll Do\nInvestigate and troubleshoot customer incidents and technical requests\n\nAnalyze application logs, configurations and connectivity issuesIdentify root causes and resolve technical problems\n\nWork with Windows/Linux environments, databases and networking\n\nCommunicate directly with customers in Czech and English\n\nCollaborate with experienced support, implementation and development teams\n\nDocument solutions and contribute to our technical knowledge base\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAround 1-3 years of experience in IT support, application support, service desk, infrastructure, system administration or a similar technical role\n\nBasic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux\n\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, ports and firewalls\n\nConfidence in troubleshooting and investigating technical problems\n\nCzech and English communication skills\n\nCuriosity and motivation to keep developing your technical skills\n\nAbility to work regularly from our Prague office\n\nNice to Have\nYou don't need to know everything below.
