AsSenior SAP Consultant (Sales & Distribution) you will ensures the stable, effective, and continuously improved operation of SAP business applications, with primary responsibility for Sales and Distribution. The role leads the analysis of complex business requirements and incidents, designs and implements sustainable solutions aligned with standard SAP capabilities and enterprise architecture, and provides functional leadership across changes, projects, deployments, and operational support. On the role, you will act as a trusted internal advisor to business stakeholders, guides key users and junior colleagues, coordinates external service providers, and ensures high-quality documentation, testing, knowledge transfer, and compliance with established governance.

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Own the functional design, stability, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and related integrations.
• Lead the analysis of complex incidents, recurring problems, and business requirements; identify root causes and define sustainable solutions.
• Advise business process owners and key users on standard SAP capabilities, process harmonisation, solution options, risks, dependencies, and implementation priorities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, configuration, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
• Configure and implement approved SAP ERP changes in accordance with architecture, development, documentation, testing, security, and transport standards.
• Provide senior-level incident and problem management, including escalation leadership, impact assessment, prioritisation, resolution coordination, and prevention of recurrence.
• Lead functional workstreams for projects and releases, including scope clarification, effort estimation, testing, cutover readiness, deployment, hypercare, and handover to support.
• Ensure complete and audit-ready functional documentation, configuration records, work instructions, knowledge articles, release notes, and support documentation.
• Build internal capability by coaching key users and junior consultants, conducting knowledge-transfer sessions, and promoting consistent use of approved processes and solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external service providers, monitor quality and delivery, communicate status and risks clearly, and escalate decisions where required.

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an SAP functional consultant or internal SAP Business Application Consultant, including substantial hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution.

• Proven experience leading complex incident resolution, functional design, configuration, testing, deployments, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

• Experience advising business stakeholders, coordinating external service providers, and coaching key users or less-experienced colleagues.

• Advanced functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution; relevant SAP certification is an advantage.
