We are looking for a versatile freelance designer and content creator to join our growing EdTech team.\n\nAt EZA, you will shape how our brand looks and feels across digital platforms and print materials. This role covers graphic design, UI/UX, social media content, and photo and video production. You will work closely with our marketing team to bring our courses, events and student achievements to life.\n\nIf you are creative, adaptable and know what makes content stand out— we invite you to apply for this position. You will gain hands-on exposure to the EdTech industry and the chance to build a portfolio with a fast-moving, edutech-focused brand.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\ni) Graphic & Brand Design\n\nDesign versatile marketing materials, including social media graphics, posters, brochures, banners, presentation decks and event collateral.\n\nMaintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms.\n\nAdapt designs for different audiences, from young students to parents and institutional partners.\n\nii) UI/UX & Digital Design\n\nCreate and refine UI designs, wireframes and prototypes in Figma.\n\nSupport improvements to our website, landing pages and digital learning materials.\n\nApply user-centred design principles to improve usability and engagement.\n\niii) Social Media & Content Creation\n\nCreate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.\n\nPlan and support content calendars and campaigns.\n\nKeep up with social media trends and adapt them to our brand.\n\nMonitor engagement and suggest improvements.\n\niv) Photography & Videography\n\nShoot and edit photos and videos at classes, workshops, hackathons and events.\n\nProduce short-form video content such as reels, highlights and promotional clips.\n\nOrganise and archive media assets for the team's use.\n\nv) Collaboration\n\nWork with the marketing and operations teams to turn briefs into finished content.\n\nTake feedback well and revise work quickly.\n\nContribute original ideas for campaigns and creative direction.\n\nRequirements\nGeneral Requirements\n\nStrong portfolio showing design, social media and/or video work\n\nProficiency in Figma and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)\n\nSolid understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform\n\nExperience with photography and/or video editing\n\nCreative, versatile and able to work in different styles\n\nExcellent spoken and written English\n\nReliable, organised and able to meet deadlines independently\n\nWill be at least 18 years old before the first day of work\n\nPreferred Fields of Study\nGraphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Interaction/UI/UX Design, Film and Photography, Marketing, Media and Communications\n\nLevel (pursuing / obtained): Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent. Strong self-taught portfolios are also welcome.\n\nLevel of Work Experience: Entry to mid-level.
