You will explore how our pedagogy and personalized training is delivered to students between the ages of 8–18 in a fun, dynamic learning environment.\n\nIn addition, selected trainees will be able to leverage our proprietary learning platform, enhance curriculum and deliver specialized technology programs in fields such as game development, UI/UX, programming and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. \n\nUpskill with our partners from Microsoft, Roblox, VEX, and Unity while networking with experts in the tech community — locally and across international tech teams such as in Hong Kong, Japan and the United Kingdom. \n\nOur trainees that have exhibited strong technical ability will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our software engineering team to deliver custom, real-world solutions. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience building diverse applications across web, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.\n\nApart from software and curriculum development, we introduce rotations to include either:\n\n(i) further events management/business development work to familiarize yourself with the latest IT trends or\n\n(ii) pursue further IT solutions and development work with our software development team or\n\n(iii) support marketing and content strategies, including multimedia content creation leveraging business skills for a competitive sector, or\n\n(iv) mentor and assist teams in global competitions, guiding them through hackathons, computational thinking challenges, and high-impact innovation projects\n\nCore Responsibilities:\n\ni) Programme Delivery\n\nSupport and deliver dynamic, engaging technology-focused lessons in one or more of our core subjects:\n\nComputer Science | Game Development | Mathematics | UI/UX Design | Physics\n(at least one from this list)\n\nAssist in deploying programs using our learning platform in the following formats: in-person (1-on-1/small groups), online (live virtual classes), and hybrid.\n\nii) Curriculum Development and R&D\n\nCollaborate with the curriculum team to design/update programs on our learning platform.\n\nResearch emerging trends in education/industry to propose new course ideas.\n\nTest programs and modules using both internal and external resources\n\nCreate and refine learning materials (project guides, assessments, tutorials).\n\niii) Growth & Collaboration\n\nParticipate in feedback sessions to refine products and services.\n\nCollaborate with senior leadership on internal process improvements and operational efficiency.\n\nEngage in peer-to-peer mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions to support continuous learning within the team.\n\nRequirements\n General requirements:\n\nInterest/passion in education and/or technology\n\nBasic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.)\n\nFluent spoken and written English\n\nAbility/willingness to pick up new skills \n\nA flexible team player with strong communication skills. \n\nHas a positive attitude\n\nWill be at least 18 years old before their first day of work.\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\nGraduation Year:\n2025 -
