If you want to grow your career, apply today!\nJob Responsibilities\nAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance. You will also join the team working with customers to negotiate pawn and sales transactions.\nSome of your specific duties in this role will include to:\nDrive revenue and control cost to deliver budgeted operating margins\n\nComplete and oversee accurate and proficient sales and loans transactions\n\nAnalyze reports on key business metrics and provide recommendations and necessary actions\n\nEnsure personal and team standards are met for superior customer service\n\nAssist with staffing and retention efforts\n\nAssist with Team Member onboarding and training, ensuring both are completed per Company Guidelines, including own personal training requirements\n\nAssist with ensuring Team Member engagement and turnover are in line with Company expectations\n\nProvide direction, coaching, development and performance feedback to Team Members\n\nHelp Team Members understand how their daily goals align with Company strategic goals\n\nConduct structured 1:1s with store Team Members\n\nPerform daily management responsibilities\n\nDrive personal vehicle for business needs\n\nJob Requirements\nWe are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who combines an engaging personality and solid leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs and emotions.
