This individual will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Business Analyst will support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial concept through implementation and post-deployment support.\nThis role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive process improvements and support enterprise-wide initiatives.\nThis is a Hybrid role.\nWhat you will do:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.\nOwn the complete requirement lifecycle from discovery to sign-off.\nConduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support change initiatives and solution design.\nranslate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.\nFacilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions within Agile teams.\nPerform data mapping between source and target systems.\nAct as a primary client-facing representative for requirement-related discussions.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nSupport the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.\nDevelop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process maps.\nAssist in the development of training materials and user guides for new systems or enhancements.\nMonitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business functions.\nEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful delivery.\n\nWho you are:\n8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization.\nExperience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\nProficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.\nDemonstrated experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.\nExperience conducting UAT and working closely with QA teams.\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)\nExperience with core software applications, including Office 365 applications (including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)\n2 – 4 years with business analytics solutions (preferably Power BI)\n2 – 4 years’ experience SQL programming (Good to have)\nExperience of ERP and WMS system concepts\nPractical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.\nWorking knowledge of web-based architectures and technologies (i.e. Web 2.0, Forums, Wikis, Social Media, etc.)\nUnderstanding of data modeling, process mapping, and workflow design.\nAwareness of web-based technologies and digital collaboration tools.\n\nBonus points if you have:\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nECI’s culture is all about connection – connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
