In this role, you will be the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s Private and Public Cloud technologies globally. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting server issues, hardware/software installations and alert management.\nMultiple internal departments will depend on your technical expertise daily, but that’s not all! The successful Cloud Services Engineer will not only have the technical prowess to delight their internal customers, but also be a prolific, concise communicator with the highest level of professionalism. In addition, the Cloud Services Engineer will thrive in a multitasking, fast paced and metrics driven environment as well as have an extraordinary ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly and efficiently. \n This is a Onsite role.\nWhat you will do:\nProvide leadership, direction, and supervision and day-to-day operational and technical implementation:\nDeploy/upgrade Private/Public Cloud solutions (production and disaster recovery) for new and existing Clients\nMaintenance\nMaintain Private/Public Cloud production and disaster recovery environment which including testing and turn up\nContribute to knowledge base of support issues and resolutions.\nTroubleshooting\nSupport recovery of clients’ environment in the event of systems failure or disaster\nProvide Tier 2 escalation to Client’s Support Team to diagnose and resolve issues in client’s environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors.\nEngage in self-directed continuous improvement and learning of Private/Public Cloud products:\nInvestigate and follow both industry and ECI best practices and updates ECI standards.\nDocuments standards\nParticipate in scheduled Support and Product Team meetings.\nCollaborate cross-functionality to ensure successful delivery of project implementations, migrations, and upgrades.\nIdentify areas of technical challenge and potential improvement across the client’s IT infrastructure systems and technical processes\nWho you are:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of and comprehensive experience in deploying and managing:\nMicrosoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022/2025\nMulti-Site and Multi-Forest Active Directory and DFS\nPowerShell Experience\nMulti-Tenant Exchange 2010/2013/2016\nMicrosoft Office 365 / Azure Platform (Networking, VM Hosting, Files, AVD)\nMicrosoft AD Connect, SPO, Teams, PowerBi, Azure Hybrid AD Setup\nMicrosoft Intune MDM / MAM\nKnowledge of VMware products and architectures required\nKnowledge of SPAM filtering tools\nStrong understanding of cyber-security concepts, e.g., MFA or Next-gen security design, Conditional Access, DLP, Identity Management\nBonus points if you have:\nFinancial Industry Experience including familiarity with market vendor applications\nUnderstanding of network and infrastructure troubleshooting including IaaS, VDI, and SaaS\nExperience with Linux or Solaris\nExperience deploying and managing Exchange with knowledge of HA\nAbility to manage all aspects of ADExchange with PowerShell\nKnowledge of and comprehensive experience in deploying and managing:\nMicrosoft MFA / DUO 2FA\nProofpoint Email Protection\nCitrix XenApp 6.5/7.15\nCitrix NetScaler\nSCOM or DPM\nECI’s culture is all about connection - connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
