The successful Cloud Services Engineer will not only have the technical prowess to delight their internal customers, but also be a prolific, concise communicator with the highest level of professionalism.\n\nIn addition, the Cloud Services Engineer will thrive in a multitasking, fast paced and metrics driven environment as well as have an extraordinary ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly and efficiently.\n\nThis is a Onsite role.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n1. Provide leadership, direction, and supervision and day-to-day operational and technical implementation:\n\n- Deploy/upgrade Private/Public Cloud solutions (production and disaster recovery) for new and existing Clients.\n\n2. Maintenance:\n\n- Maintain Private/Public Cloud production and disaster recovery environment which including testing and turn up.\n\n- Contribute to knowledge base of support issues and resolutions.\n\n3. Troubleshooting:\n\n- Support recovery of clients environment in the event of systems failure or disaster.\n\n- Provide Tier 2 escalation to Clients Support Team to diagnose and resolve issues in clients environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors.\n\n4. Engage in self-directed continuous improvement and learning of Private/Public Cloud products:\n\n- Investigate and follow both industry and ECI best practices and updates ECI standards.\n\n- Documents standards.\n\n- Participate in scheduled Support and Product Team meetings.\n\n- Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure successful delivery of project implementations, migrations, and upgrades.\n\n- Identify areas of technical challenge and potential improvement across the clients IT infrastructure systems and technical processes.\n\nWho you are:\n\n- Minimum 5+ years of experience.\n\n- Advanced knowledge of and comprehensive experience in deploying and managing:\n\n1. Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022/2025.\n\n2. Multi-Site and Multi-Forest Active Directory and DFS.\n\n3. PowerShell Experience.\n\n4. Multi-Tenant Exchange 2010/2013/2016.\n\n5. Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Platform (Networking, VM Hosting, Files, AVD).\n\n6. Microsoft AD Connect, SPO, Teams, PowerBi, Azure Hybrid AD Setup.\n\n7. Microsoft Intune MDM / MAM.\n\n- Knowledge of VMware products and architectures required.\n\n- Knowledge of SPAM filtering tools.\n\n- Strong understanding of cyber-security concepts, e.g., MFA or Next-gen security design, Conditional Access, DLP, Identity Management.\n\nBonus points if you have:\n\n- Financial Industry Experience including familiarity with market vendor applications.\n\n- Understanding of network and infrastructure troubleshooting including IaaS, VDI, and SaaS.\n\n- Experience with Linux or Solaris.\n\n- Experience deploying and managing Exchange with knowledge of HA.\n\n- Ability to manage all aspects of AD/Exchange with PowerShell.\n\n- Knowledge of and comprehensive experience in deploying and managing:\n\n1. Microsoft MFA / DUO 2FA.\n\n2. Proofpoint Email Protection.\n\n3. Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.15.\n\n4. Citrix NetScaler.\n\n5.
