This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market intelligence, build talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates that support ECI's growth objectives. The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process and drives continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.\nThis is an Onsite role for employees commutable to ECI's Manila office.\nWhat you will do: \nPlanning & Partnership\nPartner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.\nServe as a trusted talent advisor by providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.\nLead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies for assigned positions.\nProvide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting challenges.\n\nRecruitment & Sourcing\nLead full lifecycle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and specialized positions.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing direct recruiting, referrals, networking, social media, Boolean search techniques, and professional organizations.\nBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.\nUtilize labor market data and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.\n\nCandidate Assessment & Selection\nConduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.\nPartner with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.\nProvide objective candidate recommendations and facilitate hiring decisions.\nLead offer preparation, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.\n\nCandidate Experience & Employer Branding\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.\nPromote ECI's employer brand to prospective candidates.\nMaintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and referral sources.\n\nTalent Acquisition Operations\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System.\nMonitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.\nParticipate in recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.\nShare recruiting best practices and support less experienced recruiting team members as needed.\n\nWho you are:\nA desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company.\n5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting and hard-to-fill positions.\nDemonstrated ability to manage 15 to 20 concurrent searches across varying levels of complexity and business priority.\nProven ability to serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.\nExceptional sourcing skills with a track record of building talent networks and identifying top talent through creative and proactive sourcing strategies.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nResults-driven with a high standard of performance, accountability, and execution.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborative team player who values respect, partnership, and shared success, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.\nExperience conducting behavioral-based interviews and leveraging recruiting technology, data, and market insights to drive hiring decisions.\n\nECI’s culture is all about connection - connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
