Summary\nAs a Sr Corp Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in our technical delivery team by working with the Internal IT team to drive the technology programs, including Cloud implementation and support, desktop engineering escalation and networking for ECI’s internal users. \n\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with, and act as a tier 3 escalation point for the Internal IT Team\nProvide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure, and ECI’s proprietary technologies. \nSupport AI-enabled tools and initiatives by evaluating use cases, assisting with implementation, troubleshooting agents, and guiding secure, practical adoption across internal teams.\nSupport information protection and compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, DLP policy administration, and governance across Microsoft 365 services.\nDevelop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline IT operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload, leveraging scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.\nManage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, software deployment, patch management, and secure administration of corporate PCs and mobile devices.\nApply best-practice configurations to client security platforms such as Azure Active Directory Conditional Access, FIDO2/(MFA) services, and zero-trust services\nImplement and manage enterprise mail platform and security systems such as Microsoft Exchange, Proofpoint Essentials or Mimecast \nExecute basic tasks on enterprise switching, routing, security, and wireless systems like VLAN changes, ACL updates, key rotations, and port reconfigurations. \nDocument processes and procedures which explain system functionality or regular tasks to contribute to our internal knowledge base including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOP) \nAudit undocumented environments and provide technical recommendations based on findings. \nProvide high-level consultation on information security fundamentals such as good password hygiene practices, multi-factor authentication recommendations and social engineering defense. \nPerform system maintenance tasks including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades, critical patch applications, and vulnerability remediation. \nProvide advanced support of Active Directory such as Domain Controller upgrades, Group Policy creation, scheduled software deployments, network policy maintenance, and certificate management. \nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of project implementations, migrations, and upgrades. \nTake ownership of complex technical challenges and provide long-term fixes based on root cause analysis. \nActing as a technical lead for small projects and maintaining accountability to delivery of scope.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, or 3+ years comparable experience in a technology administration role \nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, e.g., Windows Server and Windows 10/11 \nAdministration experience with Public Cloud platforms with focus in Microsoft 365 and Azure \nExperience using AI platforms and assistants such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.\nExperience developing, configuring, or troubleshooting AI agents.\nExperience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations such as Exchange Online, Proofpoint Essentials, and Mimecast \nExperience in virtualization administration on platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V \nHands-on experience in deployment and management of routing, switching, wireless, and security appliance technologies using vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Meraki \nProficient in incident response management during security events and high-priority escalations, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity activations \nExceptional written and oral communication skills \nExceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building and managing expectations. \nHighly self-motivated and directed, in a fast-paced team environment. \nSharp attention to detail with proven analytical and critical thinking skills \nEffective time management and excellent prioritization skills \nAble to travel for business and work beyond normal business hours when necessary. \nAble to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment such as computers, power supplies and servers more than 50lbs.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) preferred.\nFinancial Services or Life Science industry experience a plus\nCertifications in cloud services, network management or cyber-security, such as Azure Fundamentals and VCP a plus but not required.\nExperience in technical project management as applied to data/infrastructure migrations, relocations, major system upgrades, and new site deployments.\n\nWorking Conditions\nAbility to work in an independent environment with moderate
