Development:\n\nIdentify and approach businesses with regular cross-border payment needs, including importers, exporters, travel agencies, education agents, real estate developers, car dealers and corporates\nBuild your own pipeline through field visits, referrals, networks and market engagement\nMeet business owners, managers and finance heads to understand their needs and present our service\nConvert qualified leads into active, paying clients\n\nSales Execution:\n\nManage the process from first contact and qualification to quoting, onboarding and activation\nUnderstand each client's payment flow, such as supplier payments, school fees, collections and currency needs\nExplain our rates, delivery times and process clearly and honestly\nWork with operations and compliance so every client is onboarded properly\n\nClient relationship and Growth:\n\nBuild trust and become the client's go-to contact for cross-border payments\nDrive repeat transactions and grow the volume from your existing clients\nFollow up regularly, reactivate quiet clients and help resolve issues quickly\n\n Reporting and Targets:\n\nMeet monthly targets for leads, new clients, activated accounts and transaction volume\nKeep accurate records of leads, meetings and client activity\nReport weekly on your pipeline, client feedback and market insights\n\nRequirements:\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, SME banking, fintech, foreign exchange or customer-facing roles\nA minimum of an HND in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or a related field (preferred)\nA track record of winning customers or growing revenue that you can describe with numbers\n\nStrong negotiation, presentation and communication skills\nHonest, disciplined, target-driven and able to work independently\nComfortable with field visits, a smartphone and basic computer skills\n\nAdvantages:\n\nA network of business owners in
