Global ambition.\nWhy this role exists\nMarketing here runs lean, and the range of work is broad: campaigns, content, digital, design, and product marketing all sit under one roof. Not everything can happen at once, and the highest-leverage work is turning what we build into messaging our customers, prospects, and Sales team can actually use.\nProduct marketing is the area we most need strength in right now. As we ship faster, we need someone who can take a feature from release to market end to end, writing the messaging and building the enablement material themselves, not relying on outside help to explain what shipped.\nThis is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role. You'll shape how marketing operates day to day, and there's real room to grow as the function scales.\nYour team\nYou'll report to the Head of Marketing, who owns strategy; you own the operating rhythm that turns it into delivered work. You'll work closely cross-functionally; with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and act as the local anchor for a business also operating across the globe (North America, UK, Europe, Brazil and the Philippines), where parts of the working day run on different clocks.\nThe team is small, practical, and hands-on. We value clear writing, credible judgement, and getting things shipped without unnecessary process.\nKey responsibilities\nProduct marketing and launch\nTranslate product releases into clear messaging for customers, prospects, and Sales.\n\nWrite and maintain product pages, feature copy, release communication, and sales enablement material.\n\nBuild and maintain the sales enablement library: one-pagers, battlecards, decks, objection handling.\n\nCoordinate launch timing and materials with Product, Sales, and Customer Success so launches land together.\n\nPlanning and coordination\nOwn the marketing calendar across channels, campaigns, contributors, and launches.\n\nRun intake and triage for requests from Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the Executive Team.\n\nWrite and coordinate briefs for contributors, agencies, and freelancers.\n\nReview content and creative before it ships for accuracy and consistency.\n\nContent and creative\nProduce content directly: blogs, social, product updates, customer communication, campaign assets.\n\nDesign marketing assets to a professional standard: landing pages, ad and social creative, one-pagers, email templates, presentations.\n\nWork within the existing design system and extend it thoughtfully when a new format requires it.\n\nCampaigns and growth\nPlan and execute campaigns that drive demand, adoption, retention, and brand visibility.\n\nCoordinate content, creative, website, email, paid, and organic so campaigns launch complete.\n\nScope tracking and attribution into every campaign from the start.\n\nSupport webinars, events, and customer lifecycle programs.\n\nDigital and performance\nManage website structure, content updates, and landing pages with the relevant specialists.\n\nDeliver organic growth initiatives across search and other discovery surfaces.\n\nReport on performance to a fixed cadence with clear takeaways and next actions.\n\nAbout you\n4+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS. Ideally experience with Fintech/Payments.\n\nReal product marketing experience: you've taken a feature or product to market and written the messaging yourself.\n\nA track record delivering across content, digital, campaigns, and product marketing, not just one lane.\n\nExperience managing a marketing calendar and multiple concurrent campaigns.\n\nExperience reviewing and coordinating work from people who don't report to you.\n\nDesign skills you can show through real work: comfortable in Figma or equivalent, producing on-brand creative.\n\nA practical AI workflow: you can show where it speeds you up and where you keep judgement human.\n\nExperience with CRM and automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.\n\nConfident writing first-draft copy, clear briefs, and stakeholder updates without relying on an agency.\n\nStrong grasp of organic growth and analytics, including GA4 and Search Console.\n\nExperience working directly with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.\n\nWhat we offer\nHigh autonomy and trust: you own the operating rhythm of marketing, and you're trusted to make the calls without being micromanaged.\nMeaningful, visible work: own product launches end to end and shape how marketing works as the team scales.\nCollaborative culture: work with a practical, hands-on team that values clear writing, good judgement, and getting things shipped.\nCross-functional exposure: work directly with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the Executive Team, not at a remove from the business.\nRoom to grow: as the business scales, there's real potential for this role to grow with it.\nThe extras.
