We are committed for the long term to win.\nAbout the Role\nYou'll keep Fuse's Albuquerque facility running day-to-day - from the front door to the supply closet to the loading dock. This is a hands-on, entry-level role supporting a working radiation effects testing site. You'll keep the administrative and facility details on track, coordinate visitors and vendors, and support day-to-day operations of the facility. You'll work directly with the Operations Lead of ABQ Facility and the site's engineering, physics, operations and safety teams.\nWhat We Value\nObsess about the details - sloppy work costs us later, so do it right the first time.\n\nCare - pick up the trash. Go the extra mile because you care.\n\nAct with urgency - every hour matters more than it feels like it does.\n\nBe responsible for the outcome, not just the task; if it is not working, it remains your problem until it is fixed.\n\nAssume good intent - disagree openly, then commit fully once a call is made.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nMaintain strong situational awareness across the facility - know what is happening, who is coming and going, and what has changed.\n\nAnticipate needs, surface issues early, and keep the team informed without waiting to be asked.\n\nManage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, shipping/receiving, and general office upkeep.\n\nCoordinate facility maintenance and vendor visits with the facility team and outside vendors.\n\nManage visitor and guest logistics, including badges, escorts, conference rooms, and site orientation.\n\nSupport new-hire onboarding, including workspace setup, equipment ordering, and first-day coordination.\n\nMaintain facility records, including safety, maintenance, and visitor logs.\n\nSupport scheduling and calendar coordination for the Head of ABQ Facility and site team as needed.\n\nTrack and reorder consumables and PPE with the safety team.\n\nSupport meeting and site-visit setup and maintain common areas.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant administrative, operations, hospitality, or facility experience preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and follow-through - you keep track of a lot of moving pieces without dropping any.\n\nComfortable interacting professionally with visitors, vendors, and government customers.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\n\nWillingness to learn basic safety and access-control procedures specific to a regulated facility.\n\nProficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in regulated, secure, government, defense, or other high-accountability environments.\n\nExperience coordinating facility vendors and contractors.\n\nFamiliarity with safety, security, and visitor-control procedures.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nThis is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to Fuse's Albuquerque, NM facility.\n\nPosition occasionally requires the ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.\n\nPosition may require some business travel to other Fuse facilities.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to stand or sit for extended periods during operation.\n\nAble to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.\n\nComfortable using personal protective equipment and following posted facility safety procedures.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis role may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage.\n\nRelocation assistance for roles that require it.\n\nFlexible time off.
