Furr safety standards, customer service expectations, and technical best practices.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance\nLearn and follow all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations\nSafely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment\nSupport troubleshooting of electrical systems including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sites\nAccurately complete required paperwork and job documentation\nProvide professional and courteous service while in customers’ homes\nParticipate in on-the-job training and company-sponsored education programs\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nStrong mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade\nAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team\nStrong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\n Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods\nComfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions\nWhat F.H.
