The role focuses on building frontend interfaces for our food-ordering and restaurant management platform, including customer ordering, merchant dashboards, kitchen order management, and administrative panels.\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Science or related technical discipline.\nAtleast 2-3 years of prior experience with frontend roles in relevant stack.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with Python/Django and Django REST Framework.\nFamiliarity with WebSocket and real-time applications.\nExperience building e-commerce, food-ordering, restaurant management, or administrative dashboard interfaces.\nFamiliarity with AngularJS-compatible UI libraries or similar CSS frameworks.\nExperience with frontend testing tools such as Jasmine, Karma, or equivalents.\nBasic understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure frontend development.\nFamiliarity with Docker-based development and deployment environments.\nJob Description\n1. Frontend Application Development\nDevelop and maintain responsive web applications using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS3.\nBuild reusable components, controllers, services, directives, and filters using AngularJS.\nDevelop user interfaces for customer ordering, merchant management, kitchen operations, and administrative dashboards.\nImplement dynamic forms, tables, search, filtering, pagination, and interactive UI elements.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, accessibility, and a consistent user experience.\n2. REST API Integration\nIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs developed using REST Framework.\nWork with backend developers to understand API specifications, request/response formats, and authentication mechanisms.\nHandle HTTP requests, JSON responses, loading states, validation errors, and API failures.\nIntegrate APIs for authentication, products, menus, orders, payments, notifications, and reporting.\nCoordinate API changes and troubleshoot frontend-backend integration issues.\n3. Real-Time Features\nImplement real-time order tracking, kitchen order updates, and notifications using WebSocket.\nIntegrate with Django Channels WebSocket endpoints.\nHandle connection management, reconnection, and real-time UI synchronization.\nUpdate order status and dashboard information without requiring manual page refreshes.\n4. UI/UX Implementation\nConvert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into functional web interfaces.\nCreate reusable layouts, navigation menus, modals, forms, and dashboard components.\nImplement client-side form validation and user-friendly error messages.\nWork with designers and backend developers to ensure consistent application behavior.\nOptimize the user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\n5. Frontend Performance & State Management\nManage asynchronous operations using AngularJS services and promises.\nOptimize frontend performance and reduce unnecessary API requests.\nHandle application state, data binding, routing, and reusable frontend logic.\nIdentify and resolve browser compatibility issues, memory leaks, and UI performance problems.\n6. Testing & Code Quality\nWrite and maintain frontend unit tests using suitable JavaScript testing tools.\nTest API integrations, UI behavior, forms, and real-time features.\nDebug issues using browser developer tools.\nFollow coding standards and maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code.\nParticipate in code reviews and collaborate with QA engineers to resolve defects.\n7.
