This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver high-impact field program including events, executive experiences, and integrated campaigns\nThe ideal candidate is a strong execution-focused field marketer who thrives in a sales environment, partners effectively with sales teams, and applies data and operational rigor to deliver consistent, high-quality programs.\nThis role reports to Field Marketing leadership and supports NAMER sales teams.\nKey Deliverables\nExecute regional field marketing plans aligned to quarterly revenue goals, sales priorities, and target account strategies, based on established direction.\nPlan and deliver integrated field programs including trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, user groups, webinars, and targeted account-based initiatives.\nManage end-to-end execution of assigned programs, including planning, logistics, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.\nPartner closely with regional Sales teams to support territory planning, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration.\nTranslate core brand and product messaging into regionally relevant campaigns and event experiences, in collaboration with digital, content, and product marketing teams.\nTrack and report on program performance, including registrations, attendance, and pipeline contribution.\nApply performance insights to improve execution quality and inform future program optimization.\nManage program budgets and external vendors for assigned initiatives, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend tracking, and reconciliation.\nTravel approximately 15-30% for on-site event execution and customer engagement.\nKey Skills & Experience\n 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, high-tech, or enterprise software environments. \nProven experience executing field marketing programs that support pipeline generation and sales engagement. \nStrong working partnership with sales teams, supporting active opportunities and account-focused initiatives. \nExperience managing multi-channel field programs including events and digital tactics \nHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, Tableau). \nData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and apply insights to improve execution. \nStrong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously. \nClear and professional communicator capable of collaborating effectively across teams. \nThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
