In this role, you will lead major programs across workplace giving, volunteering, and our signature 100% employee-directed Global Good Grant Committees.\nThis is a high-impact opportunity to steward and evolve one of the most successful employee engagement programs in the industry. Combining strategy design, program governance, and powerful storytelling, you will collaborate with stakeholders across nearly 50 countries to maximize our global footprint and ensure measurable community impact.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nF5 Global Good Grant Committees: \nLead end-to-end execution for F5’s three internal grant committees, from application cycles to award selection facilitation and committee recruitment. \nPartner with external grantmaking organizations to manage nonprofit vetting, due diligence, and secure grant disbursements. \n Platform Administration & Program Evolution: \nAdminister and optimize our workplace giving and volunteering initiatives (Benevity platform experience preferred). \nContinuously evolve F5’s core volunteering and employee engagement portfolio. \nSkills-Based Volunteerism: \nDesign and scale initiatives that leverage employee technical and professional expertise to support global nonprofits. \nTrack initiative outcomes to quantify nonprofit impact and spotlight employee contributions through compelling storytelling. \nReporting & Analytics: \nTrack, analyze, and report on employee engagement metrics, participation trends, and overall program impact. \nDeliver actionable insights to leadership to fuel the continuous growth of Global Good initiatives. \nRequired Skills & Experience\n Program Management: 6+ years of experience managing corporate social responsibility (CSR), social impact, and/or employee engagement programs, with a proven track record of scaling initiatives and delivering measurable results. \nEmployee Engagement Expertise: Deep experience building and overseeing global employee volunteer and civic engagement programs, including managing underlying platforms, systems, and policies. \nCollaborative Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align and inspire a highly distributed, global workforce. \nInnovation & Vision: A future-focused mindset with an awareness of emerging trends in workplace giving, volunteering technology, and global community investment. \nCommunication & Storytelling: Strong communication and marketing capabilities to drive program visibility, participation, and enthusiasm. \nGovernance & Compliance: Experience developing program policies and operational guidelines to ensure integrity, compliance, and global scalability. \n Platform Fluency: Familiarity with workplace giving and volunteer software landscapes (hands-on experience with Benevity is a strong asset). \n Community Commitment: Active personal or professional engagement in community activities (e.g., volunteering, board service, or civic contributions). \nThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
