This role serves as a key technical partner to Marketing Operations, owning the technical health of platforms such as Marketo,integrations withSalesforce, and other marketing technology solutions.\nThe ideal candidate has experience building and supporting SaaS integrations, diagnosing complex system issues, and collaborating across technical and business teams. This engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for marketing technology integrations, ensuring business-critical workflowsremainreliable, scalable, and well supported.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMarketing Technology & Integrations:\nOwn the technical management and ongoing support of the Marketo-Salesforce integration, and various other marketing tools with enterprise applications.\n\nDesign, implement,monitor, andmaintainintegrations between marketing, CRM,content,videoand brand assets platform.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issuesimpactingmarketing technology platforms, data flows, and automated processes.\n\nServe as the primary engineering point of contact when marketing technology integrations or workflows fail.\n\nPartner withmarketing operations and content marketing teamsto improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport integrations with third-party SaaS platforms, including vendor-provided solutions and custom integrations.\n\nDevelop monitoring, alerting, and documentation processes to improve supportability and operational excellence.\n\nManage data synchronization and ensure data quality across connected systems.\n\nCross-Functional Partnership:\nBuild strong working relationships between Engineering and Marketing teams.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n\nAct as the internal technical expert for vendor-managed integrations and marketing technology platforms.\n\nProvide guidance and troubleshooting support during system upgrades, platform enhancements, andnew technologyimplementations.\n\nOperational Excellence:\nInvestigate and resolve production issues affecting marketing systems and integrations.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.\n\nCreate andmaintaintechnical documentation for integrations, workflows, and system configurations.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to automate manual processes and improve platform performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems.\n\nExperience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support.\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, web services, and integration technologies.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\n\nExperience supporting production systems and business-critical workflows.\n\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, architecture decisions, and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Marketo-Salesforce integrations.\n\nExperience with marketing technology platforms and marketing operations processes.\n\nExperience supporting Coupa integrations or other enterprise SaaS platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with middleware, integration platforms, or iPaaS solutions.\n\nExperience with SQL, data mapping, and data synchronization processes.\n\nKnowledge of lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and CRM processes.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments.\n\n#LI-DJ1 #LI-Hybrid\nThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
