The role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the code while growing into an Engineering Management role as the team scales.\nResponsibilities / What you will do\nArchitect, build, and lead development of scalable and secure back end and front-end systems \nPromote engineering excellence and foster continuous improvement \nDevelop and implement automated testing strategies to improve efficiency \nImplement and drive best coding practices and design patterns. \nDevelop and maintain quality gates for continuous integration and continuous deployment \nMentor junior engineers. \nQualifications, what you bring\nBachelors or Master’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent and 8+ years of professional software engineering experience degree in computer science engineering or equivalent and 10+ years of professional software engineering experience \n2+ years in technical leadership or Engineering Management Role \nHands on experience in developing intelligence analytics solutions that are cloud native. \nExperience with Go, Python, Java, or similar technologies. \nStrong background with designing backend SQL/ NoSQL databases and performance tuning. \nExpertise building data warehouse analytics solutions. \nFamiliarity with Front end technologies like React. \nFamiliarity with Machine Learning models and AI techniques. \nFamiliarity with System observability and monitoring. \nHands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes as well as developing applications using microservice architecture with Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. \nExcellent communication skills and leadership skills with a passion for growing and empowering engineers.
