The MSE is tasked with enabling greater productivity among all the Solutions Engineers in his/her team. They are aligned to a business segment and support our sales and technology teams in achieving the sales goals (quota).\nThey bring technical capabilities and business acumen to guide their teams on the most effective approach to better enabling their SE team in driving customer success into their assigned territories.\nWhat you’ll do\nCollaborate with theater-level sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy, technology positioning, and execution priorities to accelerate how F5 solves customers challenges in the deployment and operation of their modern applications.\nPlay the role of evangelist, thought leader, mentor, and influencer for customers and their SE team.\nEmpower the team to think beyond the routine, embrace a customer success centric sales approach\nCoach, mentor and guide their team in achieving their goals.\nHold yourself and the team to the highest standards of conduct.\nHire, onboard, develop and retain a strong, diverse, and inclusive team that is truly representative of the F5 culture.\nHow you’ll do it\nIdentify and assess technical and soft skill requirements of their SE team and provide opportunities, resources, and guidance to build and develop their capabilities\nEffectively partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize and execute towards their regional Sales strategies\nDevelop and communicate the F5 solutions’ value proposition to customers and partners, Assuming a lead support role in working with strategic accounts (customers) and strategic partners in collaboration with the Local Sales teams.\nWork with their Solutions Engineers and the corresponding account managers, providing support during at different stage of the sale process\nContribute to press articles, interviews and promoting views on transformation of business through usage of technology\nDevelop and maintain strategic business engagement plans in partnership with internal product, field sales enablement teams, customers, and partners\nIdentifies strategic use cases and differentiators for F5’s solutions and engage with the key product leaders to develop technical sales enablement strategies\nWhat you’ll bring?\nPassion to drive consultative sales based on customer outcomes\nAbility to work as a flexible team player - independently as well as collaboratively\nExperience to successfully manage difficult/challenging conversations with customers and employees\nExperience in a role that requires project management and consultative skills, a plus\nSolid presentation skills, articulating sophisticated technological concepts\n8+ years of relevant industry experience\n5+ years of leadership experience\nFamiliarity with F5 product suite a big plus\nBS or BA degree or equivalent work experience\n#LI-Remote #LI-EM1\nThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
