This role involves setting sales strategies and policies, managing the execution of plans, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.\nIn this position, the Sr. Solutions Engineer supports architectural designs and implementation strategies of complex products and solutions to address challenging customer problems. Leveraging deep product knowledge, they provide technical guidance to both sales teams and customers through proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution design, and architecture services. They collaborate with sales staff to assess potential applications of F5 products.\nAdditionally, the role may include creating detailed design plans after thoroughly understanding the customer’s application journey. This can involve designing solutions and product demonstrations to validate feasibility. Solutions Engineers may also consult prospective users and assess or validate product capabilities to ensure the solution meets customer requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and implement technical strategies that support the overall sales objectives of the organization.\nAct as a thought leader in the industry, representing the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events.\nLead the design of highly complex, integrated solutions that address the unique challenges of strategic clients.\nMentor other solutions engineers, providing guidance on complex technical and strategic issues.\nEngage with strategic clients at the executive level to understand their long-term goals and align solutions accordingly.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related areas, or equivalent level of experience.\n8+ years’ pre-sales experience in the IT industry, expertise in networking, application delivery, security, cloud and SaaS etc. technologies.\nConsidered an internal subject matter expert within the function.\nConsistently acts as a resource for other functions such as sales engineering, sales management, and inside sales.\nRequires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.\nAbility to select and improve processes to sell across F5’s product portfolio.\nExpert level understanding of Web Protocols and application architectures (HTTP/TLS/SSL), programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang, etc.), and Kubernetes concepts and architectures.\nAdvanced knowledge of Networking, Data Center, Virtualization, Cloud computing environments, Solution Performance, and Sizing.\nExpert in Solution designs for large-scale environments and Vertical Market solutions.\nNative-level or business-fluent proficiency in English is highly preferred.\nWhat You’ll Get:\nHybrid working mode\nCareer growth and development opportunities \nRecognitions and Rewards\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCompetitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and cool perks\nCulture of Giving Back\nDynamic Diversity & Inclusion Interest Groups\nThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
