Your talent opens opportunities and, together, we open worlds\nThe role\nFAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Group Treasury Specialist for its Headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna.\nThe successful candidate will work with the Group Treasury Manager supporting treasury operations, cash management, foreign exchange risk monitoring, banking activities, treasury systems management, and process improvement initiatives across the Group.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and support cash management and liquidity activities across Group companies, including cash positioning and forecasting\nSupport daily treasury operations, financial transactions, payments execution, and ensure compliance with treasury procedures and internal controls\nMonitor foreign exchange exposures, support hedging activities and related reporting\nAct as a key user for the Treasury Management System (Piteco) and SAP4HANA-integrated treasury processes\nContribute to digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives\nOversee banking administration activities, ensuring effective management of bank accounts, KYC (know your customer) documentation, compliance obligations, and relationships with international banking partners.\nPrepare treasury reporting and monitor key performance indicators, support audit activities, maintain treasury governance frameworks, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of treasury data.\nWhat do You need to be successful?\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field\nAt least 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Finance\nPractical knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, reporting and banking operations\nExposure to foreign exchange risk monitoring and hedging activities\nGood understanding of accounting and financial statements\nExperience working with Piteco, HFM and SAP/SAP4HANA\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nExperience within an international or multinational environment is preferred\nA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization\nWhat do we offer:\nContract type: Permanent employment contract governed by the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) Confapi Metalmeccanica (CNEL C018).\nGross Annual Salary (RAL): €40,000-€47,000, depending on professional experience, technical skills, and how well the profile matches the requirements of the position.\nVariable remuneration:\nAnnual company performance bonus of up to €2,500 (gross)\nPossibility of access to an individual variable bonus\nWelfare and benefits:\nCompany canteen\nEBM health insurance with coverage for dependent family members and UniSalute supplementary health plan\nAnnual welfare of €200 as provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement\nExtensive measures to support parenthood\nAdditional company benefits as provided (agreements with local service providers)\nWork organization:\nPossibility of flexible working hours and smart working with agreed arrangements\n\nTime to unlock new opportunities?
