Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions. Drive revenue growth, manage teams, and build strong partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop relationships and specify the product and provide technical presentations with consultants, contractors, partners, and customers.\nIdentify new projects and business opportunities.\nMonitor market & collect the data on vertical side commercial, residential etc.\nHandle tenders, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.\nMaintain the project sales pipeline and forecast in SAP.\nFollow up on orders, delivery, invoicing, and payments.\nParticipate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and seminars.\nFollow company sales and documentation procedures.\nAchieve project sales and business targets.\nMust have:\nGraduate degree (MBA Marketing is preferred).\n5+ years of sales experience in security/access control domain.\nSI Partners, Security Consultants, End Customers etc.\nProven record of meeting sales goals.\nExcellent communication skills.\nTime to unlock new opportunities?
