Be an effective conduit between the installers and Centurion service departments.\nChannel Development & Product Promotion: \nSupporting and empowering installers to promote the full Centurion product and service offering.\nEncouraging, upselling and cross-selling through installer channels.\nAdding potential new installers to expand the network.\nAdvanced Field Support: \nConducting site visits to support installations, diagnostics and escalations for installers.\nProviding technical guidance to installers using advanced product knowledge.\nEscalating unresolved issues to Centurion’s Product Quality or Technical Support teams.\nDocumenting site visit outcomes, including technical notes and feedback to enhance development and support processes.\nTraining & Enablement: \nIdentifying and delivering product training in the field.\nSupporting product awareness campaigns and act as a brand ambassador during installer engagements.\nSystem & Process Integration: \nBooking and logging all installer interactions in Centurion’s CRM (e.g. Zoho) and ticketing systems.\nUsing company-provided communication platforms (chat, email, telephony) for internal and external coordination.\nSubmitting weekly strategy reports based on site visits, installer feedback, market trends and sales activities.\nProviding input on local market trends and competitor activities.\nQualifications and other Requirements:\nMatric or equivalent -
