(Wet concrete, fabricated steel, etc.)\nMaintain consistent communication between other operators and production crews throughout the day in order to provide exceptional service\nProperly dispose of scrap materials throughout the day\nRequirements\nMust be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways.\nRequires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintain spatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment. \nAbility to carry out complex verbal instructions.\nAbility to work well with others and maintain professional conduct. \nAbility to work overtime when required.\nAbout Us\nBetter.
