and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company policies.\nTrack and ensure on-time delivery of all active POs, resolving any delivery delays or issues.\nCoordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs to ensure smooth shipment handling.\nConduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and develop supplier improvement plans.\nMaintain and update procurement records, vendor contracts, and price databases.\nSupport annual budgeting and cost-saving initiatives, driving cost-reduction strategies.\nEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.\nCIPS / CPSM certification is a strong advantage (or willingness to pursue).\n3–6 years of proven experience in Procurement / Purchasing.\nBackground in manufacturing or industrial supply chains preferred.\nProven track record in supplier negotiation and sourcing.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.\nDeep understanding of the procurement cycle, supplier market, and cost structures.\nKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Odoo / Dynamics / etc.).\nSolid understanding of Incoterms, import/export documentation, and logistics coordination.\nExcellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.\nHigh ownership, accountability, and leadership mindset.\nStrong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.\nExcellent English (written &
