Control, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in quality control within the nonwoven or plastic film industry.\n\nKnowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).\n\nProficiency in quality control software and tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nCertification in quality control (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a
