In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery to bend, shape, and form heavy-duty American steel components for our industrial storage products. You will read technical blueprints, select the proper tooling, and conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure our products maintain their signature \"obsessively overbuilt\" standard. This position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, physical stamina, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.\nPassion for winning: Achieving production goals, maintaining tight heavy-duty machinery.\nForm and bend sheet metal and steel plate to precise angles and dimensions for cabinets, workstations, and carts.\nRead and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings to determine material requirements and bending sequences.\nInspect finished components using measuring tools (calipers, squares, and tape measures) to ensure strict adherence to high-quality standards.\nPerform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and highly organized workstation.\nRequirements\nAbility to lift heavy steel objects and stand for long periods of time.\nMust be able to read engineering drawings/blueprints, a standard tape measure, and perform accurate mathematical calculations.\nStrong mechanical and technical aptitude with manual or CNC machinery.\nFlexible: Work environment is a non-temperature-regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.\nMust pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background
