This role will be onsite and responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before they are shipped to our customers. In this role you will conduct inspections, analyze test data, and provide recommendations for improvement. This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or those interested in the field of Quality, to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nEssential Functions:\nInspect products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.\nUse measurement tools and basic math to accurately measure and evaluate product dimensions and specifications.\nMaintain a high-level of visual awareness to detect any defects or inconsistencies in products.\nIdentify quality inconsistencies and promptly report them to the appropriate department for corrective action.\nDevelop and maintain company inspection records, including documentation of processes and procedures.\nRecord, analyze, and draft quality reports on test data.\nEnsure that all test equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.\nRequirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify possible areas for improvement in quality processes.\nMonitor production processes to ensure that quality testing procedures do not hinder production timelines.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving productivity and quality goals.\nCapable of standing for long periods and perform repetitive tasks as required in a non-climate-controlled environment.\nDemonstrated high-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.\nStrong understanding of basic mathematical concepts is essential.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and interpret technical information accurately.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProficient in MS Office, and Excel, particularly in drafting reports and collating data.\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.\nOutstanding attendance is a must in this role.\nHighschool Diploma/GED\nPreferred Education & Experience:\nSome College.\n1-2 years of experience as an
