During these meetings, one Sales Support Representative rotates responsibility for working in the office.\nAssist at the national sales meeting line showings (standing and folding), handing out story of the lines, distributing reports and materials needed in the zone meetings during this time.\nAnswering incoming calls from reps and transferred customers from Customer Service to assist with requests, such as orders, reserves, memos, price, stock, mill inquiries, claims, lookups, quotes, and more.\nWork ticket system submitted to department by processing memo orders, maintenance orders, file claims, perform mill checks, process CFA’s, check and approve pricing, image FR certificates, etc.\nAssist specialty customers assigned by manager to process orders and respond directly to their emails.\nBe familiarized with our selling products and the appropriate teams.\nCorrespond with customers and OSRs who email directly.\nMake sample kits for sales reps as requested by OSR or management\nProcess outside sales representative's memos in Customer Relationship Management system\nAssist other employees with special projects as needed.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nHigh School education or equivalent\nMust work well with others\nMust be able to multitask\nMust be able to work in a noisy area independently\nProcess knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook\nInternet navigation\nData entry and 10-key experience is helpful\nMust posessess strong typing skills\nGood communication skills -oral and written\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:\nIn terms of an 8-hour workday, this position requires:\n6 hours sitting\n2 hours standing\nActivity: This following shows the actual time spent on each activity for this position.\nBending/Twisting - Up to 2 hours\nReaching - Up to 4 hours\nLifting - Up to 2 hours\nPushing/Pulling - 0 hours\nSpeaking - 4 to 6 hours\nWriting - 2 to 4 hours\nTyping or CRT Inputting - 2 to 4 hours\nFiling - Up to 2 hours\nClimbing - Up to 2 hours\nReading - 4 to 6 hours\nDriving - 4 to 6 hours\nThe following activities are essential in your job function.\nHearing - 6 to 8 hours\nSeeing - 6 to 8 hours\nLifting is essential in your job function.\nUp to 40 lbs. - Up to 2 hours\nRepetitive foot movement such as operating foot controls.\nBoth feet - Walking between buildings\nYour job requires you to use your hands for repetitive action.\nSimple Grasping - Up to 2 hours\nFirm Grasping - Up to 2 hours\nFine Dexterity - Up to 2 hours\nIn your job, you may be around the following working conditions.\nExposure to dust, fumes and/or gases - 2 to 4 hours\nExposure to noise - 2 to 4 hours\nThe specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be inclusive.
