from dashboards to agent actions to supplier profiles.\n\nCollaborate Deeply: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to build smart, usable, high-performance interfaces.\n\nOwn the Craft: Lead end-to-end design execution - from wireframes and research to polished prototypes and developer handoff.\n\nDrive Feedback Loops: Conduct lightweight user research, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly to improve usability and impact.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in data-rich or workflow-heavy environments\n\nProven ability to lead the design of complex features end-to-end, especially those involving multiple user personas or integrations\n\nExperience building (and contributing to) design systems for responsive web applications\n\nStrong product sense -
