skills****Leadership**\n* Experience managing or leading engineers, ideally including senior / confirmed profiles, with a track record of growing people through mentoring and technical guidance\n* Ability to set the technical bar and hold it, with the maturity that comes from significant production experience\n* Strong communication skills for documentation writing, stakeholder alignment, and change management facilitation\n**Technical foundation** (you should be credible and hands-on enough to lead this team)\n* Significant production experience on AWS using container technologies and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform / Pulumi)\n* Solid production experience with Kubernetes in on-premise / private cloud contexts (storage controller management, advanced networking, control plane management)\n* Very strong networking knowledge (all OSI layers, TLS, DNS, DHCP, routing)\n* Linux system knowledge, including containers and troubleshooting\n* Programming and code architecture skills\n* Test-Driven Development practices and a very good understanding of Domain-Driven Design\n* Production experience in release management including CI systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and CD systems (e.g. ArgoCD, Spinnaker)\n* Production experience in monitoring, alerting, and observability implementation, performance troubleshooting, and reliability engineering\n* Production experience in database management (handling migrations, introducing breaking changes in data schemas without downtime, handling backup and restoration)\n* Baseline knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2)\n* Working with AI agents\n**Additional skills and experience we value**\n* Packaging code with Nix and configuring operating systems with NixOS / nix-darwin\n* Working with airgapped environments (environments disconnected from the internet)\n* Experience with zero-trust systems\n* Knowledge of advanced security compliance frameworks (IGI 901, FedRAMP)\n*
