As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will own and shape the infrastructure behind Fabriq, working with a modern stack and having the freedom to make it even better. You will be part of a small team of experienced platform engineers, working with a high level of delegation and having real room to grow toward technical leadership or management.

Profil recherché
**Experience and mindset*** Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles, with real ownership of production systems. We value mindset and trajectory over raw years of experience.
* Experience in a startup or scale-up, where you owned projects end to end and thrived with ambiguity, changing priorities and the occasional emergency
* A technologist at heart: you follow the ecosystem, you love mastering new technologies, and you bring ideas to the team
* Proactive communication: you speak up and share your opinion, and you commit to the team's decision once it is made
* Resilience and optimism: you see problems as a playground
**Technical foundation**
* Production experience with Kubernetes, the one non-negotiable technology
* Production experience with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi or Terraform)
* Strong networking knowledge (OSI layers, TLS, DNS, routing) and strong Linux system knowledge, including containers and troubleshooting
* Solid programming skills: you write, test and review code
* Production experience with CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and with monitoring, alerting and observability
* Working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
**Additional skills and experience we value**
* Production experience on AWS, which would complement the team's current strengths
* A developer experience (DX) angle, or a background as a software engineer who moved into infrastructure
* An engineering degree, ideally specialized in systems, networks or infrastructure
* Database operations: migrations, schema changes without downtime, backup and restoration
* Test-Driven Development practice and a good understanding of Domain-Driven Design
* Running AI or LLM workloads in production
* Nix / NixOS, on-premise Kubernetes, airgapped environments, zero-trust systems or security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2)
**Package and location**
* Salary: €70K to €90K gross per year, depending on experience
* Remote: you can work remotely, and you come to our Paris office 2 days per month
