The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Fenergo platform with strong delivery, integration and product-development capabilities. They will act as an internal subject-matter expert, reduce dependency on third parties and help establish a sustainable in-house Fenergo engineering capability.\n\nRequirements : \n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nDay 0 and MVP Implementation : \n\n- Work alongside Fenergo, systems integrators and implementation partners to deliver the initial KYC platform capability.\n\n- Review and challenge solution designs, requirements, configuration approaches and integration patterns proposed by third parties.\n\n- Ensure that business and AFC policy requirements are translated accurately into Fenergo workflows, rules, risk models and data requirements.\n\n- Validate that proposed solutions use standard Fenergo capabilities appropriately and avoid unnecessary customisation.\n\n- Participate directly in platform configuration, integration development, testing, data migration and deployment activities.\n\n- Identify design defects, product limitations, operational risks and maintainability concerns early in the delivery lifecycle.\n\n- Ensure that technical decisions, configuration and integration patterns are appropriately documented.\n\n- Establish effective knowledge transfer from implementation partners into LSEG.\n\n- Build sufficient internal capability to support a controlled transition from vendor-led implementation to internal platform ownership.\n\n- Support readiness for production, including operational acceptance, support models, monitoring, release processes and environment controls.\n\nPlatform Configuration and Development : \n\n- Configure and maintain Fenergo KYC and Client Lifecycle Management capabilities.\n\n- Develop workflows covering onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, remediation and offboarding.\n\n- Configure lifecycle stages, activities, tasks, queues, approvals, routing logic, service levels and exception-handling processes.\n\n- Configure entity types, related parties, ownership and control structures, beneficial ownership requirements, documents and declarations.\n\n- Develop and maintain customer risk-assessment models, due-diligence rules and risk-based processing.\n\n- Configure user roles, permissions, work groups and segregation-of-duties controls.\n\n- Assess new requirements against existing platform capabilities and recommend appropriate implementation options.\n\n- Promote reusable configuration patterns and consistent engineering standards across the platform.\n\n- Maintain the platform in a manner that minimises technical debt and supports future scalability.\n\nPolicy and Rules Management : \n\n- Translate KYC, AML and wider AFC policies into executable Fenergo configuration and decision logic.\n\n- Configure policy rules based on jurisdiction, legal-entity type, product, customer relationship, risk, ownership and other relevant attributes.\n\n- Implement simplified, standard and enhanced due-diligence requirements.\n\n- Configure policy applicability, data requirements, evidence requirements, documentation and approval thresholds.\n\n- Maintain customer risk-rating methodologies and associated decision rules.\n\n- Perform impact assessments for changes to AFC policy, regulation or business processes.\n\n- Maintain traceability between policy requirements, business rules, platform configuration and test evidence.\n\n- Ensure policy changes are implemented through controlled product and release-management processes.\n\nIntegration Development : \n\n- Design, develop and support integrations between Fenergo and the broader LSEG technology estate.\n\n- Implement integrations using supported Fenergo APIs, events, webhooks, connectors, batch interfaces and internal integration mechanisms.\n\n- Integrate Fenergo with party-master platforms, screening services, identity-verification providers, document repositories, product platforms, data services and reporting solutions.\n\n- Define and maintain interface contracts, field mappings, validation rules, transformations and reconciliation controls.\n\n- Implement appropriate integration monitoring, error handling, retry and recovery processes.\n\n- Diagnose issues across Fenergo, middleware, data and downstream-system boundaries.\n\n- Work with architecture and engineering teams to ensure integrations align with LSEG security, data and technology standards.\n\n- Manage the impact of changes to upstream and downstream systems on Fenergo processes.\n\nProduct-Led Platform Ownership : \n\n- Take long-term ownership of Fenergo as a strategic KYC platform and technology product.\n\n- Work closely with the Product Owner to define and maintain the platform roadmap and product backlog.\n\n- Translate business outcomes, policy changes, operational improvements and technical requirements into deliverable backlog items.\n\n- Contribute technical expertise during product discovery, prioritisation and roadmap planning.\n\n- Balance new capability delivery with platform resilience, simplification, maintenance and technical-debt reduction.\n\n- Provide clear advice on platform capabilities, constraints, costs and design trade-offs.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, control effectiveness and operational efficiency.\n\n- Track platform performance, adoption, service quality and delivery outcomes.\n\n- Support incremental development of the platform beyond the initial MVP.\n\n- Ensure the platform evolves in line with changing business, regulatory and technology requirements.\n\nAgile Delivery : \n\n- Operate as a senior member of a cross-functional Agile product team.\n\n- Participate in discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.\n\n- Break down requirements into clear technical and configuration deliverables.\n\n- Provide estimates and identify dependencies, delivery risks and technical constraints.\n\n- Deliver configuration, integrations and platform enhancements through iterative releases.\n\n- Work closely with Product, AFC Operations, Compliance, Architecture, Engineering, Testing and Service Management.\n\n- Support automated and repeatable testing, deployment and configuration-validation practices.\n\n- Ensure that each release meets agreed functional, non-functional, security and operational requirements.\n\n- Promote continuous improvement across engineering and product-delivery practices.\n\nEnvironment, Release and Configuration Management : \n\n- Manage Fenergo environments across development, testing, pre-production and production.\n\n- Establish controlled processes for configuration promotion and deployment between environments.\n\n- Maintain environment-specific settings, endpoints, reference data and integration dependencies.\n\n- Support release planning, implementation, verification and rollback activities.\n\n- Identify and resolve configuration drift and unintended differences between environments.\n\n- Coordinate SaaS upgrades, patches, maintenance windows and vendor releases.\n\n- Assess vendor release notes and identify impacts on existing configuration, integrations and operating processes.\n\n- Ensure appropriate regression testing is completed for platform upgrades and changes.\n\n- Maintain accurate configuration inventories, release records and audit evidence.\n\n- Ensure platform changes comply with LSEG change, security and operational-risk controls.\n\nPlatform Operations and Service Management : \n\n- Own the technical health and operational stability of the Fenergo platform.\n\n- Provide technical support for production processes and business-critical KYC
