This is a true jack-of-all-trades role: one hour you're packing orders, the next you're rescheduling an executive's week or getting the AC fixed.\nYou'll be the go-to person for the day-to-day operations that make everything else possible. customer and wholesale orders accurately and on time\n\nProcess returns and exchanges: inspect items, restock, and log outcomes\n\nTrack shipping supplies and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)\n\nKeep product inventory organized and flag low stock\n\nExecutive and calendar support\nManage executive calendars: schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and send reminders\n\nCoordinate internal meetings, vendor visits, and team events\n\nBook travel and handle related logistics as needed\n\nOffice operations and supplies\nKeep the office stocked with supplies, snacks, and kitchen essentials\n\nManage vendor relationships and place orders within budget\n\nReceive and distribute mail and deliveries\n\nKeep shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming\n\nFacilities and maintenance\nServe as the main contact for building management, repairs, and maintenance requests\n\nSchedule and oversee vendors (cleaning, IT, repairs) and follow up until issues are
